Background: New cases of HIV/AIDS in 2024 show an increase, with the 15-24 age group accounting for nearly 50% of new infections and identified as the group most vulnerable to risky behavior. Lack of knowledge about HIV/AIDS among adolescents is one of the causes of the increasing prevalence of HIV/AIDS. Health education efforts among adolescents can be an initial step in the early prevention of HIV/AIDS. Animated videos are a medium that is popular among adolescents and are expected to influence their level of knowledge. This Community Service Program aims to provide health education using animated videos to increase knowledge about HIV/AIDS. Service Method: Health education using animated videos was conducted for 22 10th grade students at SMA X. Before being given the intervention in the form of animated videos, the students underwent a pre-test, then were given 30 minutes of health education, and finally underwent a post-test. Data analysis was performed using a paired sample t-test. Results: The results of the activity showed an increase in HIV/AIDS knowledge points from C1 to C6 after being given health education using animated video media.
